450gm of chicken breast - cut into small pieces
salt to taste
1 tsp of tumeric
2 - 3 tbs of ginger/garlic paste (this I add on)
2 small sticks of cinnamon
1 big onion - cut into rings
3 tbs of chilli paste (you can add more if you like it spicy)
2 tbs of sweet soya sauce
- Marinate chicken with salt, ginger/garlic paste and tumeric powder. Leave to marinate for a while. Fry the chicken.
- In a wok/pan, heat oil, once hot saute cinnamon, cloves, aniseeds and cardamons till aromatic.
- Add in onions and saute further till they are soft. Add in the chilli paste and fry further for a few more minutes.
- Add in chicken and soya sauce and stir well mix.
- Serve with rice.
