One biscuit that we used to do when we were young during Deepavali.
Ingredients
225gm butter
110gm icing sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp essence vanilla
70gm corn flour
120gm custard flour
170gm flour
chopped red cherry for decoration
Method
1. Beat butter and icing sugar well.
2. Add egg and essence vanilla and mix well.
3. Sieve all the flours and add into the butter mixture little by little.
4. Use dahlia
5. Decorate with red cherry in the middle.
6. Bake at 170C about 15-18mins
7. Let it cool and store.
